I. Introducing the IOE
- IOE = Internet Olympiads of English
- There are 35 rounds: 4 main rounds , round 15 (school level), round 20 (district level), round 25 (province level), round 30 (nation level – only for students at grade 5, 9), all the rest are self-practiced rounds.
- The first is open on August 20th, 2011
- Each round is opened every Saturday at 8.45
- Students must get at least 75% of the mark in each round.
